Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared in our account for the safety of our business.

PAYMENTS: Google Checkout, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal

SHIPPING: We routinely ship Domestic (Continental US only) via USPS, UPS, Federal Express and DHL.

The following shipping rates are by price.

$0.00 - $29.99 = $8.00

$30-$59.99 = $10.00

$60-$79.99 = $12.00

$80-$199.99 = $14.00

$200 and up = Free

UPS, FedEx, DHL cannot deliver to a P.O. Box Standard Shipping-Contiguous 48 States.

REGULAR SHIPPING TIME Unless stated differently in item description. Most items ship within 24 hours. Please allow 7-14 business days for standard delivery of most items within the continental US. Please allow extra time during Holiday seasons. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email letting you know it is on backorder.

All Sale/Clearance Items and Special Ordered Items are Final Sale.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Doggy Dog Clothes, simply return the item(s) to us unused within 20 days after receipt for an exchange or refund. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any merchandise by contacting us at support at A RMA number will be provided to you. If for any reason, an item is returned damaged, broken, or not in re-sellable condition, then a 20% damaged item fee will be assessed. In some cases, there may be restocking fees.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the item, apparel is not returnable. Please use caution when measuring your pet for apparel. Other select items, such as customized, personalized or engraved items, toys, food, perishable and grooming items, may also not be returned or exchanged. Please keep in mind that we do not refund shipping charges on purchases. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do NOT accept COD returns. For exchanges, buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling cost to have the new item sent to them.

CANCELLING AN ORDER: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once you have completed the checkout process. Due to our commitment to processing your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed, we immediately notify our warehouse and manufacturers to prepare your order for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: apparel, customized, personalized or engraved items, toys, food, perishable and grooming items.
