When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Can my order be expedited?
We can expedite most orders. If we are unable to, you will be notified. We ship via UPS, FedEx, Priority Mail, DHL, which has a standard of two-three days.
Do you ship Internationally?
We apologize, but at this time we are unable to ship outside the continental U.S.
My item is on Backorder. What does this mean?
Although we strive to keep all inventory in stock at all times, occasionally we run out of something. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will send you an email letting you know it is on backorder.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return my Order?
Due to the nature of the item, apparel is not returnable. Please use caution when measuring your pet for apparel. When returning other items, please DO NOT send your item to the address on the packing slip! Instead, email us to let us know of your intent to return item(s), include your reason for returning and your order number. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and return address via email. Write the Authorized Return Number on the outside of the box. Send with insurance and get a tracking number. You must hand the package to the shipping service within 30 days of delivery to you. If the package is lost or the item is damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping service. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping is non-refundable. We refuse packages that do not comply with the terms on this page, and the package is sent back to the sender.
How do I cancel my Order?
To cancel your order, please contact us and include your order number in the email. We will follow-up with detailed instructions. Please note, if you cancel an order after it has been shipped and the shipping service returns it to us, we will issue a refund of your payment, minus all shipping fees and minus a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you (or others at the shipping address you gave us) refuse receipt of your order when it is delivered, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges and minus a 20% re-stocking fee. Such refund will be issued after the item is received by us and after we review the situation.
DoggyDogClothes.com is always concerned about your satisfaction. However, we regret that dog apparel and personalized items cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace the item with an identical product.
My item is damaged, what do I do about it?
Your satisfaction is importance to us. You will receive high quality products, in good condition. We fully guarantee products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order.
